Visit the cheese fabric
From the hostel you can do a hike to the cheese fabric which will be happy to welcome you for a visit ! They have a special andine cheese made with the milk from the region and a swiss technique to mature the cheese. They also produce mozzarella !
Go have fun at the Coutry bar
Within a five minutes walk you can go have a drink with your new friends at the country bar ! Coming from our hostel you will have a warm welcome by the owner. The atmosphere is fun, with music and his own coktail the “cocktail del pueblo” !
Do the canyon route
If you arrived by bus you didn’t cross the magnificient Toachi canyon ! A trail leave the hostel to do a loop inside the canyon. It’s an easy hike which allow you to see impresive landscapes ! Ask us for more details

We also offer horse riding tours in the surroundings area, which make it easier for you to discover the region !
Hike in the Cloud Forest
Our region can be pretty humid because of the cloud forest nearby. Go discover this incredible ecosystem full of different birds, orchideas or other epiphytic plants.
